Step-by-Step Guide to Check your Sales and Orders

Follow these steps to understand how to analyze your sales and orders.
Using the dashboard, you can refine insights by Order Status, Order Type, Payment Method, and Period, and visualize your data for better decision-making.

* Depending if you are a Single Merchant or a Marketplace (Or Multi-Store) you can check your Analytics from a Location View or a Company View (see both options on Step 1)


* Step 1: Set Up Your Analysis - Location View

  • After logging into the Dashboard, navigate to the Analytics section found in the main menu.

  • On the top of the dashboard, you’ll find the Main Analysis Setup section. Here's how to configure it:

  • Status: Filter data based on different order statuses (e.g. completed, pending, canceled).

  • Order Type: Select between delivery, eat-in, collection, curb-side and catering orders.

  • Payment Type: Analyze the mode of payment used, such as credit card, PayPal, or cash.

  • Period: Specify the time range (e.g. daily, weekly, monthly) for which you want to view your data.


* Step 1: Set Up Your Analysis - Company View

  • After logging into the Dashboard, navigate to the Analytics section found in the main menu.

  • On the top of the dashboard, you’ll find the Main Analysis Setup section. Here's how to configure it:

  • Company: Name of your Company

  • Location: Name of your Location (or Brunch ir you are a Multi-Store)

  • Period: Specify the time range (e.g. daily, weekly, monthly) for which you want to view your data.
  • Order Type: Select between delivery, eat-in, collection, curb-side and catering orders.

  • Payment Type: Analyze the mode of payment used, such as credit card, PayPal, or cash.
  • Status: Filter data based on different order statuses (e.g. completed, pending, canceled).

  • Payment Status: Filter by  Processed or Pending


Step 2: View Your Sales Metrics

Once your preferences are set in the main analysis setup:

  • Choose between Total Sales or Total Orders:

  • Total Sales: Provides insights into the revenue generated during the selected period and filters.

  • Total Orders: Focuses on the volume of orders processed.

Step 3: Visualize the Data

Now, explore the data visually using the dedicated sections for graphs:

  • General: Offers an overview of your sales and orders, combining all categories.

  • Platforms: Break down data based on platforms (e.g. website, mobile app).

  • Order Types: View order distribution across delivery, eat-in, collection, curb-side and catering orders.

  • Payment Types: Understand customer preferences for payment methods.

1. Is it possible to export my analysis?

Yes! You can export your analysis by navigating to the Order Reports section.

2. Can I adjust the filters after generating the analysis?

Absolutely. Simply modify any of the fields (Status, Order Type, Payment Type, or Period) in the Main Analysis Setup, and your data will update automatically.

3. Do these features apply to all store types?

Yes, this analysis tool is designed to cater to single locations, multi-store franchises, cloud kitchens, and more.
