Overview

Once the Onboarding Team help you with your credentials you are now free to logged into the Order Tiger Dashboard,

Visit this section to create your Company and ,make sure you are under the Company View. This feature is essential whether you're a Single Merchant, a Marketplace, or managing multiple stores.

Creating a Company

1. Make sure you are under Company View.

• Click on the Companies section on the left side bar.

  • Click the + ADD COMPANY button.

2. Fill in the Company Details

• A form will appear to set your Company details and upload your logo (586x390).

  • Fields to Fill:

    • Company Name - 

      • Description - 

      • Company Type -
        Marketplace - PORTAL
        Single Store - RESTAURANT
        

      • Delivery Zone Type -
        The delivery zone type set under company level will determined the delivery zone for all stores in the Company (Marketplace)
        Types can be postcode, radius in miles or km, citypoligon mapping, zip code, zip code 2, city area.

      • Primary Web Host -
        Marketplace merchants - storename.marketplacedomainname
        Single Store - online.ordertiger.com

      • Sales Company Name -

      • Sales Company Website -

      • Max Location -

      • Country - This is crucial as it updates time and currency configurations.

      • Send Push Notifications (Enable or disable as needed).

      • Active Status (Ensure this is set to active).

 

3. Save the Company Profile

• Once all fields are completed, submit the form. The basic company setup is complete.
