Order Tiger Dashboard — Creating a Company

Step 1 — Log In

Access the Dashboard using your assigned credentials. Once logged in, make sure you are under the Company view — this is where you will create your company.


Step 2 — Create Your Company

2.1 — Open the Add Company Form

  1. Go to the Companies in the left-hand navigation menu.
  2. Click + ADD COMPANY.

2.2 — Complete Your Company Details

Logo Upload your logo.
*Company size logo should be “max height 200px if rectangular” and “300*300px if square (please ignore size mentioned on video - 586x390)

Company Name - Enter your brand name exactly as it should appear on the platform.

Description  - Description of your business.

elivery Zone Type – Sets how delivery areas are calculated for all your locations. Choose based on how you plan to manage your delivery coverage:

  • Postcode – Defines the delivery area by postcode. Customers within the specified postcodes can order.
  • Radius – Defines the delivery area as a circle around the store, measured in miles or kilometres.
  • City Polygon – Defines the delivery area as a custom shape drawn on a map using coordinates. Useful when your delivery zone has an irregular boundary that a simple radius wouldn't cover accurately.
  • Zip Code / Zip Code 2 – Similar to Postcode, but used for US-based zip code coverage.
  • City Area – Defines the delivery area by a predefined city district or neighbourhood, such as a borough or local area.

iOS App URL & Android App URL - These are the links to your mobile apps on the App Store and Google Play. These will be provided by the Onboarding team once your apps are live.

Sales Company Name & Website - Enter the company name and website.

Max Location – The total number of active locations you are setting up under this company. Enter the total number of active stores at the moment of creating the company. This can be updated later as you grow.
*Note that fees apply per additional location beyond your initial agreement.

Country - This drives currency configuration across your entire account. Make sure this is set correctly before saving.

Languages - Defaults to English (UK). If you operate in another country or language, select the appropriate language here. Multiple languages can be added using + Add Languages, allowing you to switch between them in your dashboard.

Send Push Notifications  - Enable or disable push notifications for your store - 

Active Must be set to Active before saving.

2.3 — Save

Submit the form. Your company profile is now created.
