Order Tiger Dashboard — Creating a Company

Step 1 — Log In

Access the Dashboard using your assigned credentials. Once logged in, make sure you are under the Company view — this is where you will create your company.


Step 2 — Create Your Company

2.1 — Open the Add Company Form

  1. Go to the Companies in the left-hand navigation menu.
  2. Click + ADD COMPANY.

2.2 — Complete Your Company Details

Logo Upload your logo. Required size: 586x390px.

Company Name - Enter your brand name exactly as it should appear on the platform.

Description  - Description of your business. (optional)

Delivery Zone Type - Sets how delivery areas are calculated for all your locations.
Options: Postcode, Radius (miles or km), City Polygon, Zip Code, Zip Code 2, City Area. Choose based on how you plan to manage your delivery coverage.

iOS App URL & Android App URL - These are the links to your mobile apps on the App Store and Google Play. These will be provided by the Onboarding team once your apps are live.

Sales Company Name & Website - Enter your company name and website.

Max Location - The total number of active locations you are setting up under this company.
  • Single store: set to 1.
  • Multi-store: enter the total number of stores or locations under your company.
  • Marketplace or reseller: enter the total number of active stores at the moment of creating the company.
*Note that fees apply per additional location beyond your initial agreement.

Country - This drives currency and time zone configuration across your entire account. Make sure this is set correctly before saving.

Languages - Defaults to English (UK). If you operate in another country or language, select the appropriate language here. Multiple languages can be added using + Add Languages, allowing you to switch between them in your dashboard.

Send Push Notifications  - Enable or disable push notifications for your account.

Active Must be set to Active before saving.

2.3 — Save

Submit the form. Your company profile is now created.
