Welcome to the Customers Section of the OrderTiger Help Center! This guide will walk you through everything you need to know about managing and utilizing customer data to grow your business, drive loyalty, and enhance marketing efforts.

Why the Customers Section Matters

The Customers section is a powerful tool designed to help you build stronger connections with your audience. By accessing detailed customer data, you can:

  • Send personalized push messages and email marketing campaigns.

  • Understand your customers’ preferences and behaviors.

  • Build a loyal community that keeps coming back.

How Customer Data is Collected

Customer data is automatically collected when a new customer register on your platform. Why? Because registration is required to place an order. This ensures you have accurate and actionable data about everyone who orders from your store.

How the Customers Section Works

Here’s how the Customers section empowers your business:

  1. Customer Database:

  • Your customer's information (name, email, phone number, order history) is uploaded to this section and updated automatically.

  • This data gives you direct access to key insights about your customers.

  1. Email and Push Campaigns:

  • Data is synchronized with OneSignal, a leading customer engagement platform, enabling our Customer Success Department to send push notifications and email campaigns to any customer who has opted in.

  1. Direct Customer Access:

  • You can easily access individual customer information from your dashboard for direct communication whenever needed.

Marketing with Customer Data

If you’re looking to use your customer list for promotions or marketing campaigns, our Customer Success Department is here for you.

OneSignal Integration:

Order Tiger's Customer Success Department can assist with:

  • Sending Push notifications announcing new menu items or discounts.

  • Personalized emails to re-engage dormant customers.

  • Upload customer lists into OneSignal to consolidate your audience and target them all from one platform.

    Compliance and Opt-ins:

    • OrderTiger ensures that only opted-in customers are included in your campaigns, protecting both their privacy and your business’s reputation.

Accessing Customer Information via the Dashboard

If you need to view or contact a specific customer:

  1. Log in to your OrderTiger dashboard.

  2. Make sure you are under Company View.

  3. Navigate to the Customers section.

  4. Search for the customer by name, email, or phone number.

  5. Click on the Eye button to see details

  6. If  you wish to export your customer list, click on Export and Download CSV.
