How to login to your dashboard?

Before attempting to log in to your dashboard, make sure:

Your credentials are ready.
These were sent to you via email by the Onboarding Team (onboard@ordertiger.com). If you have not received them, please contact the team for assistance.


Step-by-Step Instructions for Logging in

Step 1

Open your browser (compatible with iOS, Android, or desktop systems) and go to https://dashboard.ordertiger.com/ 

Step 2

You will see a login box on the screen. Enter the credentials provided by the Onboarding Team (check your email for this information).

Step 3

Click Sign in, and you’re in! Welcome to your Order Tiger Dashboard.

 


Dashboard Views

Once logged in, you'll have two key options to explore:

  1. Location View – This allows you to manage a single store's operations. Use this view if you are focused on orders, menus, etc., and updates for a specific location.

 

To select your preferred overview, click the "2 lines" button located in the top-right corner. From there, you can choose between Location View or Company View.

  1. Company View – This gives you a bird’s-eye view of your organisation, perfect for overseeing multiple stores, giving access to others users, analysing performance, and centralising management.

 
To switch your view, click the "2 lines" button and click on Company View.

If you’re having trouble logging into your dashboard, here are some tips:

  • Check your device compatibility: Make sure you’re accessing the dashboard from a supported device, like a laptop, smartphone, or tablet.

  • Verify your credentials: Double-check the credentials emailed to you by the Onboarding Team.

  • Clear your cache: If the page isn’t loading, try clearing your browser cache and cookies.

  • Contact support: If issues persist, reach out to the Support Team at support@ordertiger.com for assistance.
