Open Settings
Locate and tap the Settings app on your Sunmi device. -
Go to System
Scroll down and select System. -
Access Reset Options
Tap Reset options or Backup & reset. -
Erase All Data
Select Erase all data (factory reset). -
Confirm the Reset
Tap Erase all data to confirm and start the factory reset process.
Confirm the Order Tiger App Version After the Reset
After the factory reset is complete, please confirm that the Order Tiger app version is the latest one (You can check with the support team for the latest order manager app version).
