Help CenterWelcome to the Order Discounts section of the dashboard. Here, you can easily create and manage discounts to increase sales and boost revenue. Whether you prefer percentage-based discounts or fixed-price reductions, this tool allows you to build engaging offers your customers will love.
Order Discounts are automatically applied to the client's app upon checkout.
Types of Discounts

Percentage-Based Discounts
Apply a percentage reduction to the total price of the order.
Example: 15% off the total price.

Fixed-Price Discounts
Deduct a fixed amount from the order total.
Example: $5 off the total price of an order.
Step-by-Step Guide to Configure Your Order Discounts
Creating an order discount is quick and simple. Follow these steps:
Configure Order Discounts:

Log in to the Dashboard

Navigate to the Order Discounts section in the left navigation bar

Click on ADD ORDER DISCOUNT button at top right

A window will pop up where you can configure an Order Discount as explained below (see screenshot below)
Each Order Discount includes key configuration details as shown below:
- Order Type: Set the order type you wish to configure and add.

Payment Type: Set the Order's payment type this Order Discount will be applied to

Discount Mode: Set the discount mode as FIXED if you wish to deduct a fixed amount from the order total. Set the discount mode as PERCENTAGE if you wish to apply a percentage reduction to the total price of the order.

Minimum Order Total: Set the minimum total required for the discount.
- Discount: Enter the percentage or fixed amount of the discount.
- Expiry Date: Specify when the discount offer will end.
- One Time Use Only: Toggle this on or off to allow single-use or multiple-use discounts per customer.
