The Orders section on your dashboard is your go-to space for managing and tracking all your order details in one place. Here, you can view the status of daily orders, access historical data, and export orders to streamline your records.

Key Features

  • Real-Time Order Management: View, accept, or reject incoming orders immediately.

  • Order Tracking: Monitor the progress of every order, from pending to accepted or rejected.

  • Export Functionality: Quickly export selected orders to a CSV file for record-keeping and analysis.

  • Manual or Auto-accept Options: Choose to manage orders manually or configure auto-accept settings for efficiency.

Once a client places an order via the app, it will appear here in real time. Orders can be processed directly from this section manually or automatically, depending on your configuration. If order confirmation is set to manual, you will need to accept or reject them based on their status.
