Orders Management Section
Overview
The Orders section on your dashboard is your go-to space for managing and tracking all your order details in one place. Here, you can view the status of daily orders, access historical data, and export orders to streamline your records. Whether you’re using the dashboard or the Merchant App, this section ensures you have full control over how orders are processed.

How Orders Happen
Once a client places an order via the app, it will appear here in real time. Orders can be processed directly from this section. If orders are set to manual, you will need to accept or reject them based on their status.
Now, let's walk you through the essential steps to effectively use this section.
* Depending if you are a Single Merchant or a Marketplace (Or Multi-Store) you can check your Orders from a Location View or a Company View (see both options below)
Step-by-Step Guide
* Location View
1. Accessing Your Orders

Log in to your dashboard.

Navigate to the Orders tab from the main menu.

Here, you’ll see all your incoming orders listed by status (e.g., Pending, Accepted, Rejected).

* Comapany View

Log in to your dashboard.
- Make sure you are under Company View

Navigate to the Orders tab from the main menu.

Here, you’ll see all your incoming orders from all your Locations or Brunches listed by status (e.g., Pending, Accepted, Rejected).

2. Accepting or Rejecting Orders

Manual Acceptance

If an order appears as Pending, click on the order to review it.

To accept, click on Accept, and a pop-up box will appear asking you to enter the Order Time (the time when the order will be delivered or served).

Confirm the time and click Confirm and Accept. The client will receive a confirmation notification via the app.

Rejecting an Order
-
If you reject an order, a pop-up box will appear asking you to specify the reason for rejection. This reason helps maintain transparency.

Once rejected, the order status changes to Rejected and cannot be edited further.
3. Searching for Specific Orders

Use the Search function to customize your view. For instance, you may choose to view all Pending orders for today or orders categorized by payment type (e.g., Cash).

If you need to reset your search preferences, simply click on Clear All to start fresh.
4. Viewing Order Details

After clicking on Search, the filtered Orders List will display all matching results.

To view complete details of an individual order, click the View button next to it. This will open a detailed overview of the order, including customer information, payment type, and order items.

5. Exporting Orders to a CSV

To export your order data into a report, click on the Export button.

Select the date range or filters you want to include in your export. For example, export all completed orders from this week or a list of rejected orders in the last month.

Click Submit, and then click on the Download button to save the CSV file to your device.
