Pre Orders

Pre-orders can help streamline order management. Whether it’s a delivery planned days ahead or a large birthday order for next week, our pre-orders feature allows you to manage future orders seamlessly. Plus, you remain in complete control by setting preferences tailored to your business's needs.

With pre-orders, you can:

• Save time by organizing future orders well in advance.

• Reduce stress by streamlining peak-hour operations with a manageable flow of orders.

• Enhance customer satisfaction by offering flexibility for scheduled orders.

Prerequisites:

Before you can configure Pre-Orders for a given order type please ensure that the service of the relevant order type has "Enable Current Day Pre-Orders" enabled. To enable "Enable Current Day Pre-Orders" please follow the steps below

• Log in to the Dashboard

• Navigate to the Services section in the left navigation bar

• Edit the Service(s) that you need to enable pre-orders for
• Turn the toggle on for "Enable Current Day Pre-Orders"
• Click the SAVE button for the changes to take effect

Step-by-Step Guide to Configure Pre-Orders

Configure Pre-Orders:

• Log in to the Dashboard

• Navigate to the Pre-Orders section in the left navigation bar

• Click on ADD PRE ORDER button at top right

• A window will pop up where you can configure pre-orders (see screenshot below)

1. Order Type: Set the order type you wish to configure and add.

2. Time Slot Interval: Set the interval for each slot of a scheduled order the customer can place orders from

3. Days in Advance for Pre-Ordering: Set the number of days in advance a customer can schedule a pre-order
4. Time Slot Cut-Off Setting: Turn on the toggle if you wish to set a cut-off time for pre-orders (scheduled orders)
5. Time Slot Cut-Off Time: Set the cut-off time in minutes for pre-orders
6. Start time for first Time Slot of the day: Set the time in minutes for the first scheduled order
7. Max Orders per Time Slot - Normal Hours: Set the max orders per slot for pre-orders during non-rush hours (normal hours)
8. Max Orders per Time Slot - Rush Hours: Set the max orders per slot for pre-orders during rush hours
