Promo Codes

Welcome to the Promo Codes section of the dashboard. Here, you can easily create and manage promo code discounts.

Promo Code Discounts are applied to the client's app only when a promo code is entered.

Types of Promo Code Discounts

  1. Percentage-Based Promo Code Discounts

Apply a percentage reduction to the total price of the order.

Example: 15% off the total price.

  1. Fixed-Price Promo Code Discounts

Deduct a fixed amount from the order total.

Example: $5 off the total price of an order.

* Depending if you are a Single Merchant or a Marketplace (Or Multi-Store) you can check your Order Discounts from a Location View or a Company View (see both options below)

Step-by-Step Guide to Configure Your Promo Code Discounts

* Location View

Creating a promo code discount is quick and simple. Follow these steps:

Configure Promo Code Discounts:

  • Log in to the Dashboard

  • Navigate to the Promo Codes section in the left navigation bar

  • Click on ADD PROMO CODE DISCOUNT button at top right

  • A window will pop up where you can configure a Promo Code Discount as explained below (see screenshot below)

Each Promo Code Discount includes key configuration details as shown below:

  1. Order Type: Set the order type you wish to configure and add.

  2. Payment Type: Set the Order's payment type this Promo Code Discount will be applied to

  3. Discount Mode: Set the discount mode as FIXED if you wish to deduct a fixed amount from the order total. Set the discount mode as PERCENTAGE if you wish to apply a percentage reduction to the total price of the order.

  4. Minimum Order Total: Set the minimum total required for the discount.

  5. Discount: Enter the percentage or fixed amount of the discount.
  6. Promo Code: Enter the promo code to be used for the discount to be applied.
  7. Expiry Date: Specify when the discount offer will end.
  8. One Time Use Only: Toggle this on or off to allow single-use or multiple-use discounts per customer.

* Company View

Creating a promo code discount for all your Locations or Brunches by followimng these steps:

Configure Promo Code Discounts:

  • Log in to the Dashboard

  • Make sure you are under Company View

  • Navigate to the Promo Codes section in the left navigation bar

  • Click on ADD PROMO CODE DISCOUNT button at top right

  • A window will pop up where you can configure a Promo Code Discount as explained below (see screenshot below)

Each Promo Code Discount includes key configuration details as shown below:

  1. Company Name: Creating the Promo Code from your Company, means that will apply to all Locations or Brunches
  2. Order Type: Set the order type you wish to configure and add.

  3. Payment Type: Set the Order's payment type this Promo Code Discount will be applied to

  4. Discount Mode: Set the discount mode as FIXED if you wish to deduct a fixed amount from the order total. Set the discount mode as PERCENTAGE if you wish to apply a percentage reduction to the total price of the order.

  5. Minimum Order Total: Set the minimum total required for the discount.

Moving Forward

  • Delivery Zones: If you offer a Delivery or Catering service, configure your store's delivery areas
