Review Management Made Easy
Through the dashboard, managing customer reviews is an intuitive and efficient process. The "Reviews" section on the dashboard allows you to see every piece of feedback submitted through the widget or your app.
How It Works:

Display Reviews: All reviews submitted by customers will automatically appear under the Review section for your visibility. All new reviews will be automatically disabled. If you wish to enable them, this must be manually done.

Enable or Disable Reviews: Stay in control of what you display. You can easily enable or disable specific reviews directly from the dashboard, ensuring only relevant and constructive content is made public.
* Depending if you are a Single Merchant or a Marketplace (Or Multi-Store) you can check your Reviews Section from a Location View or a Company View (see both options below)
Step by Step:
*Location View

Log in to the Dashboard
a- Under Location View you will find the list of all reviews.
b- Click the Edit Button: Locate the review you want to modify and click on the Edit button

* Company View
- Log in to the Dashboard
a- Make sure you are under Company View
b- Put your Company name on the left box and your Location name on the right box.
c- Click the Edit Button: Locate the review you want to modify and click on the Edit button

Pop-Up Box Appears: A box will appear, allowing you to select either Enable or Disable to manage the visibility of the review.

Optional - Edit the Comment: You can make changes to the review content itself in the text box (Note: This is not recommended to maintain authenticity).

Save Your Changes: Once you're satisfied with your updates, click Save, and your changes will be applied instantly.

Delete a Review: If necessary, you can remove a review entirely by clicking the Delete button.
