Guide to Configuring Store Integrations with ICabbi
This guide outlines how to integrate your stores with ICabbi, a dispatching platform used for managing on-demand delivery fleets for restaurants and marketplaces.
This setup is designed for Marketplace and Multi-Store Owners.
If you operate a single location, no worries—our support team will configure the integration for you.
Before You Start
Before integrating iCabbi with your store, make sure your iCabbi account is active and you have access to your App Key, Secret Key, and Account ID.
You’ll need these to establish a secure connection via the Order Tiger Dashboard.
* Integrations with ICabbi are only applicable under Company View. This means that your integration will cover all of your Merchants.
Integration Setup
Follow the steps below to connect iCabbi to your store.
Step 1: Log in to the Order Tiger Dashboard
Use your login credentials to access the platform.
Step 2: Go to Company View
Ensure you’re viewing from Company View mode. ICabbi integrations are configured per company.
Step 3: Select your Company
Fill in the box with your Company Name
Step 4: Open the iCabbi Integration Panel
Click the “+” icon in the iCabbi section to expand the integration form.
Here’s where you’ll input the details needed to link your store with iCabbi.
Step 5: Fill in the Integration Fields
Complete the following fields in the iCabbi setup form:
Channel
Select the channel(s) that will send orders to iCabbi:

All
Order Status Trigger
Choose when the system should send orders to iCabbi:

Accepted
-
Ready to pick up

Pending
-
On its way
App Key
Paste your App Key from your iCabbi developer portal.
Secret Key
Enter the corresponding Secret Key to authorize the integration.
Account ID
Provide your Account ID, which links the integration to your specific iCabbi account.
Step 6: Save the Integration
Once you’ve entered all the necessary information, click Save.
Your integration with iCabbi is now complete, and your orders will be dispatched according to your configuration.
Extra Tip
To make sure that your integrations runs smoothly, your main configuration for delivery must be in order.
Check Locations section to make sure that your Outsourced Delivery is always enable.
