Guide to Configuring Store Integrations with ONRO

This guide shows you how to integrate your stores with ONRO, a delivery management platform designed to handle real-time dispatching and order tracking for restaurants and marketplaces.

This integration is intended for Marketplace and Multi-Store Owners.
If you’re managing a single store, no setup is required—our team will handle the integration process for you.


Before You Begin

Before connecting ONRO to your store, make sure your ONRO account is active and all required credentials (listed below) are available.
You’ll need these details from your ONRO account to complete the integration in the Order Tiger Dashboard.

* Integrations with ONRO are only applicable under Company View. This means that your integration will cover all of your Merchants.


How to Set Up the Integration

Follow these steps to connect ONRO to your Company:

Step 1: Log in to the Order Tiger Dashboard

Access your account with your usual login credentials.

Step 2: Go to Company View

Ensure you’re viewing from Company View mode. ONRO integrations are configured per company.

Step 3: Select your Company

Fill in the box with your Company Name

Step 4: Open the ONRO Integration Panel

Click the “+” icon next to ONRO to open the integration form.
This is where you’ll enter the necessary configuration details.


Step 5: Fill in the Integration Details

Complete the following fields to activate your ONRO connection:

Channel

Choose which platform(s) will send orders to ONRO:

  • Web

  • iOS

  • Android

  • All

Order Status Trigger

Select the status that will trigger the order to be sent to ONRO:

  • Accepted

  • Ready to pick up

  • Pending

  • On its way

Client ID

Paste the Client ID associated with your ONRO account.

Client Secret

Enter your Client Secret to authenticate the integration.

Customer ID

Provide the Customer ID linked to your business account on ONRO.

Service ID

Paste the Service ID that defines the type of service.

Vehicle Type ID

Specify the Vehicle Type ID.

Base URL

Enter the Base URL provided by ONRO.


Step 6: Save Your Integration

Once you’ve filled in all the required fields, click Save.
Your Company is now connected to ONRO, and orders will start syncing with their system based on the configuration you’ve set.


Extra Tip

To make sure that your integrations runs smoothly, your main configuration for delivery must be in order.
Check Locations section to make sure that your Outsourced Delivery is always enable.
