Guide to Setting Up ShipB0x Integration

This article walks you through the process of connecting your stores with ShipB0x, a shipping and delivery platform that helps manage logistics and courier operations for restaurants and marketplaces.

This topic is specifically for Marketplace and Multi-Store Owners.
If you operate a single store, there's nothing you need to do—our support team will handle the integration on your behalf.


Before You Begin

Before integrating ShipB0x, make sure your ShipB0x account is active and properly configured.
You’ll need your API credentials (username and password) ready before starting the setup in the Order Tiger Dashboard.

* Integrations with ShipBox are only applicable under Company View. This means that your integration will cover all of your Merchants.


Integration Steps

Follow these instructions to connect ShipB0x to your store.

Step 1: Log In to Your Order Tiger Dashboard

Use your credentials to access the Order Tiger system.

Step 2: Go to Company View

Ensure you’re viewing from Company View mode. ShipB0x integrations are configured per company.

Step 3: Select your Company

Fill in the box with your Company Name

Step 4: Open the ShipB0x Integration Panel

Find the ShipB0x integration section and click the “+” icon. This will open a form where you’ll enter the required setup information.


Step 5: Fill in the Required Fields

Complete each field in the ShipB0x integration form:

Channel

Choose the platform(s) from which you want orders to be sent to ShipB0x:

  • Web

  • iOS

  • Android

  • All

Order Status Trigger

Select the order status that will trigger the connection to ShipB0x:

  • Accepted

  • Ready to pick up

  • Pending

  • On its way

API Username

Paste your API username provided by ShipB0x.

API Password

Paste your API password from your ShipB0x account.
Make sure the credentials are correct to ensure a successful connection.


Step 6: Save Your Settings

After entering all the necessary details, hit Save.
Your integration with ShipB0x is now active, and your orders will start flowing into their delivery system based on your selected triggers.


Extra Tip

To make sure that your integrations runs smoothly, your main configuration for delivery must be in order.
Check Locations section to make sure that your Outsourced Delivery is always enable.
