Guide to Configuring Store Integrations with Vromo

This guide will walk you through how to integrate your stores with Vromo, a delivery management software designed to optimise and streamline restaurant delivery operations.

This section of the help center is specifically designed for Marketplace and Multi-Store Owners.
If you manage a single store, there's no need to worry about integrations—we’ll take care of everything for you.

Before integrate Vromo with your Store,  make sure that your Vromo account is created and your stores on the Vromo Dashboard are already there.
Once completed, you can seamlessly integrate with the Order Tiger Dashboard.


How to Configure the Integration

Follow these straightforward steps to set up Vromo integration for your stores.

Step 1: Access Your Order Tiger Dashboard

Log in to your Order Tiger account

Step 2: Navigate to Location View

Ensure that you're under Location View.
With Vromo, integrations must be completed individually for each location, as a SITE ID is required for setup.

Step 3: Select the Desired Location

Choose the branch or location you want to connect to Vromo.

Step 4: Open Vromo Integration Settings

Click on the + at the Vromo Box. You’ll see an integration box appear, where you can input the necessary details to configure your integration.

Step 5: Input the Required Information

Fill in the required fields in the Vromo integration box to complete setup:

  1. Channel

Select the platform(s) you want to integrate with Vromo:

- Web

- iOS

- Android

- All

  1. Order Status Trigger

Decide at what stage orders should connect with Vromo:

- Accepted

- Ready to pick up

- Pending

- On its way

  1. Site ID
    - Retrieve the Site ID for your store (this is unique to each store). Copy the Site ID from - Vromo Dashboard and paste it into this field.

  2. API Token
    - Locate the API Token for your Vromo account.
    - Copy and paste the token into the corresponding field.

Step 6: Save the Integration

Once you’ve filled in all the necessary details, save your settings. Your store is now integrated with Vromo and ready to optimise its delivery operations!


Extra Tip

To make sure that your integrations runs smoothly, your main configuration for delivery must be in order.
Check Locations section to make sure that your Outsourced Delivery is always enable.
