Order Status and Live Orders
The board never changes an order on its own except in one place: the expo bump. Everything else follows what happens in Live Orders.

Catching up#
Tickets are created the moment an order is accepted. If the kitchen had no stations at that moment, or the board was set up after the day's orders were accepted, nothing is lost: every time a board loads it checks the last six hours of accepted orders and creates the missing tickets, so the orders appear within half a minute of the stations existing.
