Stock
Stock is where an item is marked unavailable without touching the menu itself — the fastest way to stop customers ordering something the kitchen has run out of, on the website and the till at once.
Marking something out of stock#
- Open Stock and choose the menu — the screen prompts Select a menu to view stock items until you do.
- Choose the tab: Products, Options or Nested Options.
- Find the item and expand it.
- Set Stock Status to Out of Stock, or back to In Stock.
- Tap Confirm. The till reports Product updated successfully.
Changing a price#
The same card carries the item's Price. It must be a positive number, and the change applies to the branch as soon as it is confirmed.
Troubleshooting#
No products available for this menu
The menu has no items, or another menu is selected. Check the menu picker.
Price is required
/ Invalid price format — the price is empty or not a number.
Price must be positive
Zero and negative prices are refused.
Failed to update stock item
The change did not reach the server. Check the connection and confirm again.
