Sales Reports
Sales Report gives the branch its trading figures on the till: what was sold in a day, week or month, how that compares with the period before, and the mix behind the number.
Choosing a period#
Pick Daily, Weekly or Monthly, then the date, week or month. Each period shows Total Sales and Total Orders with a comparison against yesterday, last week or last month.
Sales breakdown#
| Breakdown | Shows |

| Order Type | Delivery, collection, eat-in, curb-side and catering. |
| Payment | How the money was taken. |
| Platform | Website, apps and the till itself. |
Order history#
The Order History tab lists the orders behind the totals, each with its ID and customer, so a figure that looks wrong can be traced to the orders that make it up.
Troubleshooting#
No orders found for selected period
There was no trading in that period.
Network error. Please check your connection
The figures are fetched live, so the till has to be online.
The totals differ from the dashboard
The till reports this branch; Company View in the dashboard reports every location. Check the period matches too.
