Store Config
Store Config is the branch's trading switches on the till: which services are taking orders, how long each one quotes, and which halves of the app this terminal runs.
Services#
- Open Store Config. Each service is listed with its Order Type.
- Set Active to take orders for that service, or off to stop.
- Set the Min Order Time — the lead time customers are quoted, in minutes.
- Use ASAP to say whether the service takes orders for now as well as later.
- Tap Save. The till confirms Settings saved.
Where an account covers more than one branch, Select Branch chooses which one these settings belong to.
App Sections#
Below the services are the terminal's own settings, which are not part of what Save submits — they belong to this device:
- EPOS — the Checkout screen.
- Online Orders — live order notifications.
- Changing either restarts the app, after a confirmation. At least one must stay enabled, and neither can change while an order is in progress.
Troubleshooting#
You have no services
The branch has no services configured. Set them up in the Admin Dashboard under Services.
Failed to load services
A connection problem; the switches cannot be shown until they load.
Customers still cannot order after going online
The branch may also be outside its opening times. Check Opening Times in the Admin Dashboard.
