🏢 Company View
Finance
The Finance menu in Company View gathers everything money-related for the companies you manage: the payment accounts funds are paid into, the payment processor integrations that take card payments, the invoice issuer details printed on invoices, the service and usage plans that drive platform charges, manual transfers between accounts, and the Sales Analytics report that summarises the results.
Payment Account#
Open Finance → Payment Account to manage the payment accounts registered for a company, together with the sub‑accounts that route money to individual locations. Pick a company first — the list always shows the accounts of the currently selected company.
The account list#
Each payment account appears as a collapsible row labelled with its Identifier Name. Expanding a row reveals the account's sub‑accounts in a table with these columns:
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Identifier Name | The display name given to the sub‑account. |
| Sub Account Id | The identifier of the sub‑account at the payment provider. |
| Branch | The location the sub‑account is linked to. |
Adding or editing a payment account#
Click ADD PAYMENT ACCOUNT (or the edit icon on an existing row) to open the Add Payment Account / Edit Payment Account window. Fill in the fields and click SAVE; a confirmation reading "Payment Account saved successfully" appears when the account is stored.
- Vendor Type (required) — the payment provider the account belongs to; currently
RYFTPAYis available. - Environment —
LIVE(default) orSANDBOXfor testing. - Currency (required) —
GBP(default) orEUR. - Identifier Name (required) — a display name so you can recognise the account in lists.

Deleting an account asks for confirmation: "Are you sure you want to delete this Payment Account?"
Sub‑accounts per location#
Inside an expanded account, click ADD SUB PAYMENT ACCOUNT to open the Add Payment Sub Account window (editing opens Edit Payment Sub Account). The form asks for:
- Identifier Name (required)
- Sub Account Id (required)
- Branch (required) — the location this sub‑account belongs to.
Saving shows "Payment Sub Account saved successfully". Deleting a sub‑account asks: "Are you sure you want to delete this Payment Sub Account?"
Payment Integration#
Open Finance → Payment Integration to set up the payment processors a company uses to take online card payments. The page shows one card per supported processor — Stripe and Ryft — for the currently selected company. Each card lists that processor's configured integrations by identifier name, with buttons to add a new integration, edit an existing one, or delete one (after the confirmation "Are you sure want to delete this integration?"). Adding or editing opens the Add Payment Integration / Edit Payment Integration window; the fields depend on the processor. Saving shows "Saved Successfully".
Stripe#
A toggle at the top of the form switches between Stripe and Stripe Connect mode. In both modes you provide:
- Identifier Name, Public Key and Secret Key (all required)
- Auto Settle Payments — switch on to capture payments automatically.
- Apple Pay and Google Pay — switches that enable wallet payments.
- iOS Merchant ID — needed for Apple Pay in the iOS app.
Choosing Stripe Connect reveals additional fields for platform-managed payments:
- Account Type — Standard or Express.
- Connect Account (required) — the connected account identifier.
- Charge Type — Direct Charges or Destination Charges.
- Card Commission Fee (a percentage) and Fixed Card Fee.
- Subtract Delivery Fee, Subtract Driver Tip, Subtract Tip and Subtract Service Fee — switches controlling which parts of the order amount are kept back for the platform.

Invoice Issuer#
Open Finance → Invoice Issuer to record the legal and contact details of the business that issues invoices for the selected company. This is a single form rather than a list — select a company, complete the details, and click Submit. A confirmation reading "Invoice Issuer saved successfully" appears when saved.

- Address Line 1 (required) and Address Line 2
- Postcode and City (both required), County

Open Finance → Service Plan to manage Service Plans — recurring fixed charges (for example a monthly platform fee) billed to a location on a schedule. Use the location filter (All Locations) above the list to narrow the results for the selected company.

- Company and Location — the branch the plan applies to (a location is required).

- Hours After Billing Period To Run (required) — a value from
0to100hours. - Override Plan Date new plans only — a switch that, per the on-screen notice, "can only be set during creation and cannot be changed later."
Below these fields, build the list of charges with Add Service Item. Each service item has a Title (required), an optional Description, and a Value (required) — the amount charged. Removing an item asks "Are you sure you want to delete this Service Item?"
Usage Plan#
Open Finance → Usage Plan to manage Usage Plans — the commission rules that calculate what a location owes the platform based on its actual orders. Each plan targets one order type and one or more payment types for a location, so a location typically has several plans. Use the location filter (All Locations) to narrow the list.

The form enforces a few combinations and explains them on screen: "Fixed tip cannot be set for collection or curb side orders.", "Fixed driver tip and delivery charge cannot be set for self catering or self delivery orders.", "Delivery charge cannot be both fixed and commission based" and "Service fee cannot be both fixed and commission based".
Transfer#
Open Finance → Transfer to move money between a payment account and one of its sub‑accounts, and to review past transfers for the selected company. A filter above the list (All Payment Accounts) narrows the history to one payment account.

On success you'll see "Your transfer was processed successfully".
Sales Analytics#
Open Finance → Sales Analytics for a financial summary of a company's sales over any period: what customers paid, what was paid out to the merchant, and what remained as platform sales.
Choosing what to report on#
Select a company, then optionally narrow to one location (All Locations shows the whole company) and pick a date range with the Start Date and End Date pickers (times included; the default range is the current week). The range must be at least 1 hour and no more than 2 years — otherwise you'll see "Date range must be at least 1 hour" or "Date range must not exceed 2 years".
How the numbers are calculated#
An info panel at the top of the page spells out the rules behind the figures:
- "Sales Summary includes the total amount of orders placed including items total, delivery fees, service fees, driver tips and tips for the given period."
- "Orders with payment types and/or order types from stores where no Usage Plans have been created for will not be included in 'Total Order Sales'."
- Orders with a pending payment status, and orders whose order status is pending, rejected or cancelled, are excluded.
- "Discounts and Refunds where the merchant is liable are already deducted from the 'Total Invoice Payouts' amount."
- "Platform Refunds is the total refund amount where the platform is liable."
Sales Summary#
The Sales Summary card shows the selected company and location, the reporting period, and these figures (hover any figure for a fuller explanation):
- Total Orders — the number of orders in the period.
- Total Order Sales — everything customers paid, including items, delivery fees, service fees and tips.
- Total Invoice Payouts — the amount paid out to the merchant on invoices (shown as a deduction).
- Platform Sales — Total Order Sales minus Total Invoice Payouts.
- A tax line (labelled with the company's tax name and rate, e.g. VAT) — the tax included in Platform Sales.
- Platform Refunds — refunds the platform is liable for.
- Net — the balance after deducting tax and refunds from Platform Sales. As the tooltip notes, external costs such as card processing fees, delivery driver payments or third‑party software are not deducted here.
The Export button on the card prints the summary (or saves it as a PDF via your browser's print dialog).
Branch Sales All Locations only#
When no single location is selected, a Branch Sales table breaks the same figures down per location: Branch Name, Total Order Sales, Total Invoice Payouts, Platform Sales, the tax column, Platform Refunds and Total Orders.
