🏢 Company View
Platform
The Platform menu group in Company View brings together the tools that shape how your ordering platform itself runs: customer-facing websites and their themes, company-level integrations, mobile and desktop application versions, the address form your customers fill in, and the administrator accounts and roles that control access to the dashboard.
Website#
The Website page (Platform → Website) manages the customer-facing ordering websites of the company selected in the company selector at the top of the screen. Each entry represents one website and its visual theme. The list shows each website's Domain, its standard folder path, and its redirect index address, together with edit and delete buttons. Deleting asks for confirmation first: "Are you sure you want to delete this website?".
Adding or editing a website#
Clicking ADD WEBSITE (or the edit button on an existing entry) opens the Theme Website Editor, where the website's address and its entire look and feel are configured in one place:
- Basic details — the Company the website belongs to (chosen when creating, if one is not already selected), the Domain (required, and locked once the website has been created), the Redirect Index URL, and the Standard Folder Path.
- Images — upload a Header Logo and a Favicon (the small icon shown in the browser tab).
- Preset Theme — pick a ready-made color scheme (
GREEN,BLACK) from Select Preset Theme, or choose Custom. Changing any individual color automatically switches the selection to Custom. The hint on screen reads: "Select a preset theme or customize colors below". - Theme Algorithm — the display mode of the site; currently Light Mode is available.
- Color sections — every color can be set with a color picker or typed in directly:
Primary Colors: Primary Color (the main brand color), Primary Hover, and Primary Active. Link Colors: Link Color and Link Hover. Text Colors: Text Color, Secondary Text, Description Text, and Error Color. Select Colors: colors for selected and hovered options in dropdown lists. Other Styles: Light Primary, Logo Background, Button Shadow, and Dropdown Hover BG.
- Background Settings — Main Background Color, Main Content Background Color, Main Header Color, and Main Footer Color (all optional).
- Menu Settings — background colors for the menu area (Menu Background Color, Menu List Background Color, Category List Background Color, Basket Background Color, Product Item Background Color) plus an optional Menu Background Image.
- Locations Page Settings — background colors and optional images for the left and right sections of the page where customers pick a location.
Unsaved edits are flagged with an "unsaved changes" notice next to the page actions. Save stores everything and confirms with "Theme saved successfully"; Reset discards your edits and restores the last saved values, confirming with "Theme reset to default".
Integration#
The Integration page (Platform → Integration) connects third-party services to the company selected at the top of the screen. Integrations set up here apply at the company level — unlike the Integration page in Location View, where connections are made for one location at a time. The Company View page also offers a broader set of providers. Communication and notification services are configured only here:
- OneSignal — push notifications.
- Twilio — text messaging and phone verification.
- Ably — real-time messaging.
- iCabbi — dispatch/fleet service, available at company level only.
Alongside these, the same delivery providers offered in Location View are also available here at company level: Tookan, Shipox, Stuart, Onro, Cab Treasure, Uber Direct, ShipDay, and Eatabit (a printing service for orders). Each provider is shown as a card. The plus button on a card opens the Add Integration window; existing connections on a card can be edited (Edit Integration) or deleted, with the confirmation "Are you sure want to delete this integration?". The fields in the window depend on the provider — typically a Channel plus the credentials the provider issues, such as App ID, API Key, Account SID, Auth Token, or Access Token. Saving confirms with "Saved Integration Successfully".
Application Versions#
The Application Versions page (Platform → Application Versions) manages the released versions of the platform's companion apps — the customer ordering apps and the order receiver apps used in stores. It is a platform-wide list, not tied to a selected company. The table shows each entry's Application Name, Application ID, Bundle ID, Version ID, Application Version Type, and whether Force Update is on. Entries can be edited or deleted (delete asks: "Are you sure want to delete this application version?"). ADD APPLICATION VERSION opens a form with:
- Application Name, Application ID, and Bundle ID — identify the app.
- Version ID and Version Date — identify the release.
- Application Version Type — which app this release is for, chosen from:
ANDROID ORDERING APP,IOSAPP,SUNMI ORDER RECEIVER APP. - Application Update URL — where the app fetches the update from.
- Force Update — when switched on, users must update to this version before continuing to use the app.
Saving confirms with "Application Version Saved Successfully".
Address Form Fields#
The Address Form Fields page (Platform → Address Form Fields) controls which fields appear on the address form that customers of the selected company fill in — for example when entering a delivery address. Different markets use different address conventions, so each company can compose its own form. The list shows each rule's Field, Label, Is Display, Is Required, and Position. Rules can be edited or deleted (delete asks: "Are you sure want to delete this address form field?"). ADD ADDRESS FORM FIELD opens the Add Address Form Field window:
- Label — the address element, picked from a predefined list such as Address Line 1, Address Line 2, Post Code, Zip Code, Postal Code, City, Area, Street, Apartment, Apartment Floor, Additional Directions, and many more. The underlying Field is set automatically to match.
- Position — the order of the field on the form (0–20).
- Interface Class and Interface Type — how the field is rendered; types are
Text,Option, andSelectBox. - Parent — links the field under another field, for grouped inputs.
- Min Length and Max Length — limits on what the customer can type.
- Is Display — whether the field is shown on the form.
- Is Required — whether the customer must fill it in.
Saving confirms with "Address Form Field Saved Successfully".
Users#
The Users page (Platform → Users) manages the dashboard accounts of the selected company — the people who sign in to run stores, view reports, and change settings. The list shows each user's Username, First Name, Last Name, and Email, with edit and delete actions (delete asks: "Are you sure want to delete this user?"). ADD USER opens the Add User window (editing opens Edit User):
- Username — the sign-in name; it cannot be changed once the account exists.
- First Name, Last Name, Email, and Password.
- Role(s) — the role or roles that determine what the user can see and do.
- Store(s) — the locations the user may access.
- Company (shown to super administrators only) — assigns the user to a company, for example a reseller. The on-screen note reads: "Assign this user to a company (e.g. a reseller). Super admin only."
Saving confirms with "User saved successfully".
Users V2#
Visible to super administrators only. The Users V2 page (Platform → Users V2) is the newer account management system built around flexible role assignments. Compared with the classic Users page, an account here can hold several roles at once, each scoped to a whole company or to a single location. The list shows Username, First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone, Company, Status (an Active or Inactive tag), and Roles (one tag per assigned role). The list is paginated, and results can be narrowed with the company selector. Accounts holding the top platform role cannot be edited or deleted from this list. Deleting other accounts asks: "Are you sure you want to delete this user?".
Adding or editing a user#
ADD USER V2 opens the Add User V2 page, which has two sections:
- Basic Information — Username (locked once created), First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone (optional), Password (set only when creating; at least 8 characters), and Home Company (the company the account belongs to).
- Role Assignments — click Add Role Assignment to grant a role. Each assignment has:
Role — chosen from the roles available to you. Scope — Company-wide or Branch-specific. Company — the company the assignment applies to, and, for branch-specific assignments, the Branch. Active — turn an assignment off without removing it. Until a role is added the section shows: "No role assignments yet. Click the button above to add one." Finish with Create User (or Update User when editing); a successful save confirms with "User saved successfully".
Roles & Permissions#
Visible to super administrators only. The Roles & Permissions page (Platform → Roles & Permissions) defines the roles that can be assigned to Users V2 accounts, and exactly which permissions each role carries. The table lists every role with its Role name, Scope, Hierarchy, Type, and the number of Permissions it holds. The type tag tells you what kind of role it is:
Type Meaning
System Built into the platform. Can be viewed but never deleted; only platform administrators can change them.
Global Available across all companies; managed by platform administrators.
Custom Owned by one company and available only there.
Creating and editing roles#
Add role opens the Create role window (existing roles open in Edit role, or read-only View role when the role is not yours to manage):
- Name — the internal identifier, e.g.
STORE_SUPERVISOR; locked once created. - Display name and Description — the friendly name and purpose shown elsewhere.
- Scope — Company-wide or Branch, matching how the role will be assigned to users.
- Hierarchy (lower = more privileged) — a number ranking the role's seniority.
- Active — whether the role can currently be assigned.
- Global role (all companies) (when creating) — switched on, the role becomes available platform-wide; switched off, it is a custom role owned by the selected company.
- Permissions — a checklist of every permission, grouped by area, with a group checkbox to select a whole area at once. The heading shows a live count of how many are selected.
Saving confirms with "Role created" or "Role updated". Deleting a role asks "Delete this role?"; system roles cannot be deleted.
