🏢 Company View

Reviews

The Reviews page in Company View shows customer reviews for all locations of the selected company in one list. Compared with Location View, it adds a location filter and a Store Name column so you can see which store each review belongs to, and — with the appropriate access — lets you moderate reviews by editing their status and comment or deleting them.

Where to find Reviews#

  • View: Company View
  • Menu: Orders & Customers → Reviews

Choose the company with the Company selector in the page header (as elsewhere in Company View, the header shows only the company picker). The review list loads once a company is selected.

The review list#

Filtering Company View only#

Above the list, Company View shows a search bar that Location View does not have. It contains a single All Locations selector: pick one of the company's locations to see only that store's reviews, or leave it empty to see reviews from every location. The list updates as soon as you change the selection, and the location choice resets when you switch to another company.

Columns#

ColumnWhat it shows
StatusEnabled or Disabled — whether the review is active.
Delivery ServiceThe customer's score for the delivery service.
Food QualityThe customer's score for food quality.
Value for MoneyThe customer's score for value for money.
CommentThe customer's written comment, if any.
Order IDThe order the review belongs to. Clicking it opens the full order details window (items, payment breakdown, customer information) without leaving the page.
Customer IDA link to the reviewing customer's profile.
Store Name (Company View only)The location the review was left for — this column is added in Company View so reviews from different stores can be told apart.

The list is paged, with a page-size selector (10, 20 or 30 per page).

Working with reviews#

The action buttons at the end of each row appear only for accounts with review-editing or review-deleting access; without either, the column is hidden entirely.

Editing a review requires review-edit access#

The Edit button opens the Edit Review window:

  • Status — required; switch between Enabled and Disabled. This is the moderation control: disable a review to take it out of use without deleting it, and re-enable it later if needed.
  • Delivery Service, Food Quality, Value for Money — shown for reference but locked; the customer's scores cannot be altered.
  • Comment — editable, for example to redact personal data or offensive wording from the text.

On saving you will see "Review saved successfully".

Deleting a review requires review-delete access#

The red Delete button asks "Are you sure want to delete this review?" — confirm with Yes! Delete or back out with No. Deletion is permanent; if you only want to hide a review, prefer editing it and setting its Status to Disabled.

Investigating a review#

Because a review on its own rarely tells the whole story, the list links directly to the evidence: click the Order ID to check what was actually ordered, when, and how it was paid, and click the Customer ID to open the customer's profile with their full order history across the company.

Common tasks#

  • Moderate an offensive review:Edit → set Status to Disabled (or clean up the Comment) → save.
  • Check whether a bad review is justified: click the Order ID to inspect the order, then the Customer ID to see the customer's history.
  • Compare stores: switch the All Locations filter between locations, or leave it empty and use the Store Name column.

Troubleshooting#

The list is empty

Select a company in the header Company picker first; reviews only load for a selected company.

No Edit or Delete buttons

These actions require review-edit and review-delete access respectively; without either, the action column is not shown at all.

The score fields cannot be changed in the edit window

This is intentional: the customer's scores are locked, and only the review's status and comment can be modified.

The Reviews entry is missing from the menu

The reviews area is not enabled on every platform edition, and it also requires the reviews access on your account.
