Reviews
The Reviews page in Location View lists the ratings and comments customers have left after their orders. You can read each review, jump to the order or customer it belongs to, moderate the comment, switch a review's status, or delete it.
What are Reviews?#
After an order, customers can rate their experience in three areas — Delivery Service, Food Quality and Value for Money — and leave a written Comment. Each review is linked to the order it was left for and to the customer who wrote it. The Reviews page is where you see and manage all of them for your location.
Where to find it#

The review list#
Each row is one review, with these columns:
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Status | Enabled or Disabled. |
| Delivery Service | The customer's score for the delivery service. |
| Food Quality | The customer's score for the food. |
| Value for Money | The customer's score for value for money. |
| Comment | The customer's written comment. |
| Order ID | The order the review belongs to. Click it to open the full order details in a pop-up window. |
| Customer ID | The customer who wrote the review. Click it to open that customer's page (available when the Customers section is unlocked for your company). |
| Actions | Edit (pencil icon) and Delete (bin icon) buttons — shown only if you hold the matching permissions. |
The list is paged; you can show 10, 20 or 30 reviews per page. In Location View the page automatically shows the reviews for your own company and location — there is no extra search form.
Editing a review (status and comment)#
Press the Edit (pencil) button on a row to open the Edit Review window. It contains:
- Status — a dropdown with Enabled and Disabled. This field is required; leaving it empty shows “Please select a status”.
- Delivery Service, Food Quality, Value for Money — the customer's scores, shown read-only. Ratings always stay exactly as the customer gave them.
- Comment — the customer's text, which you can edit (for example to remove offensive language).
Press OK to save; a successful save shows “Review saved successfully”.
Deleting a review#
- Press the red Delete (bin) button on the row.
- A confirmation appears: “Are you sure want to delete this review?”
- Press Yes! Delete to remove the review permanently, or No to keep it.
Deletion cannot be undone — if you only want to take a review out of circulation, set its Status to Disabled instead.
What you cannot do here#
- There is no reply function — you cannot post a public response to a review from this page.
- You cannot change a customer's scores; only the status and the comment text are editable.
- You cannot create reviews on behalf of customers from this page.
Common tasks#
- See which order a review is about: click the number in the Order ID column — the order details open in a pop-up.
- Contact the reviewer: click the Customer ID to open the customer's page, where you find their phone number and email address.
- Take a review offline: press Edit, set Status to Disabled, press OK.
- Remove a review completely: press Delete and confirm with Yes! Delete.
Troubleshooting#
I don't see “Reviews” in the menu.
Your account may not have permission for this page — ask your administrator — or you are on the iHost edition, where the page is not offered.
There are no Edit / Delete buttons.
Editing and deleting each need their own permission, and each button is shown independently based on which you hold — ask your administrator if one you need is missing.
Clicking a Customer ID leads nowhere.
Customer pages are part of the Customers section, which is only unlocked once your company has a signed Data Processing Agreement (DPA) — see the Customers chapter.
The scores are greyed out in the Edit Review window.
That is intentional: ratings are the customer's own and cannot be altered.
