Transactions
The Transaction screen is the till's record of what has been taken: every order with its payment, searchable by order ID, with the receipt reprint and the refund on each one.
Finding a transaction#
- Scroll the list — it loads more as you reach the end.
- Search by order ID jumps straight to one order.
- Selecting a transaction opens its detail; with nothing selected the panel reads Select a transaction to view details.
What a transaction shows#
- Order Information — order ID, date and time, order type and status.
- Payment Information — method, payment status and the full breakdown: subtotal, discounts and promotions, delivery and service fees with their taxes, surcharges, bag and charity fees, tips and refunds.
- Items — what was sold, with options.
- Customer — who it was sold to, where the ticket carried one.
Reprinting a receipt#
Open the transaction and tap Receipt. The till confirms with Receipt printed successfully! — useful when a customer asks later, or when the printer failed at the time of sale.
Troubleshooting#
Order #1234 not found
No order with that ID on this branch. Check the digits; orders from another branch are not listed here.
Please enter a valid order ID
The search box needs an order number.
Failed to load transactions
The list could not be fetched. Check the connection and refresh.
Receipt error
The reprint failed at the printer, not at the payment. Check paper and connection under Settings, then reprint.
