Order Reporting
Order Reporting is the quick end-of-day count on the terminal: today's orders totalled by service and by payment method, on one screen, without picking a period.
Where to find it#
- Menu: Order Reporting
What it shows#
- Total Delivery — today's delivery orders.
- Total Pick Up — today's collection orders.
- Total Cash — what was taken in cash.
- Total Card — what was taken by card.
- TOTAL — the day's takings.
Troubleshooting#
The cash total does not match the till
The figure counts orders taken through the app for today only. Refunds and orders taken elsewhere will not line up with a physical count on their own.
The screen is empty
There are no orders for today yet, or the terminal is offline. Check the connection.
