Order Details
The order detail screen is the full record of one order — who placed it, what they ordered, what they paid and where it has got to. It is also where an accepted order is moved through its remaining stages and reprinted.
What the screen shows#
- Order — order ID, the time it was placed, the order type, and the table number on an eat-in order.
- Requested and accepted times — what the customer asked for and what the store promised, labelled per order type, for example ACCEPTED DELIVERY FOR:
- Customer details — name, phone and, on delivery orders, the address.
- Items — quantities, options and any note the customer left.
- Payment — subtotal, discounts, delivery charge, service fee, surcharges, taxes, tips and the total, marked (PAID) or (NOT PAID).
- Driver tracking — on delivery orders being driven, the driver's name, the estimated arrival, and a map you can open.
Moving an order through its stages#
An accepted order carries the status buttons that apply to it:

| Ready To Pick-Up | The order is prepared and waiting for collection. |
| On Its Way | The order has left with a driver. |
| Completed | The order has been handed over and is finished. |
Where a third-party courier drives the delivery, these buttons can be hidden for the branch so the courier remains the single source of truth on the delivery — the tracking banner still reports where the order has got to. Accept and Decline are never affected.
Reprinting an order#
- Open the order from any tab.
- Tap PRINT ORDER.
- Confirm Proceed with printing this order? with PRINT.
Troubleshooting#
The status buttons are missing
Either the order is not at a stage that offers them, or the branch outsources its deliveries and status updates are handled by the courier.
Tracking not available for this order
No driver has been assigned yet, or this order is not driven by a tracked fleet.
There was an error fetching your order
The app could not load the order. Check the connection and reopen it from the list.
The printer is not configured yet
No printer has been selected on this device. Open Printer Settings and select one.
