Receipts
Every accepted order prints automatically, and any order can be reprinted from its detail screen. What appears on the paper is the order as the kitchen needs to read it: the header, the times, the customer, the items and the money.
What prints#
- The company or location name at the top.
- Order ID, the time the order was placed, the order type, the table number where there is one, and the accepted-for time.
- The driver's estimated time on a delivery driven by a courier.
- Customer name and phone, plus the address on delivery and catering orders.
- Any special instructions the customer left.
- The items — quantity, name, options and item notes, with prices.
- Discounts, subtotal, delivery charge, service fee, surcharges, taxes and tips.
- The total, marked PAID or NOT PAID, and the VAT or tax number where the branch has one.
Receipt layouts#
Two layouts ship with the app, chosen by the printer rather than by a setting:

Item languages#
Item names can print in more than one language — useful where the kitchen reads one language and the customer ordered in another. Choose the languages under Item Receipt Languages in Printer Settings and drag them into the order they should print in.
Tips on receipts#
An order can carry a tip for the store and a tip for the driver, both labelled Tips. Either line can be left off printed receipts for a branch or a whole company — a kitchen ticket that does not show a courier's gratuity as store income, for example. Hiding a line changes nothing about the money: the amount is still in the total, and the order detail screen still shows it.
Troubleshooting#
Nothing prints when an order is accepted
Check the printer is selected in Printer Settings, has paper, and is powered on and reachable. Then reprint from the order.
The app says Printing but no paper comes out
The printer was reached but is out of paper or its cover is open. Fix the printer and reprint; the order is unaffected.
A tip is missing from the receipt
That line has been switched off for the branch or company. The amount is still in the total, and the order detail shows it.
Item names print in the wrong language
Reorder the languages under Item Receipt Languages; the first language listed is printed first.
